"I ordered from freshkarma.com and the pickup..."
I ordered from freshkarma.com and the pickup was fast, or at least faster than I expected. I’m still not totally sure if I showed up earlier than my pickup time or if they were just ahead, because I got a little mixed up on the timing. Either way, I only waited a few minutes. The only thing that knocked it down to 4 stars was that the pickup spot wasn’t super obvious at first, so I wandered around a bit. Overall though, good experience

"Staff was sooo nice"
Everyone I talked to was really friendly and patient, even when I had a bunch of random questions. It all felt easyyy and stress-free.

As someone who’s careful about what I spend, I thought this was good overall, but the price caught me off guard a bit. It does the job and I’m happy with it, I just wish it was a little more budget-friendly

Fresh Karma has some good stuff, and I was able to find the basics easily, but the selection feels a little hit or miss. I just wish there were more options in a few categories, because some areas felt a bit limited.

I’d say it’s okay overall. Some of the items I got were actually good, but a few others felt a little stale or just not that fresh. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but you can kind of tell the quality depends on the day. I’d probably try it again, just with slightly lower expectations.

"Really easy to order online"
Ordering was really simple, and checkout went through without any issues. The delivery updates were a little slow, but everything showed up fresh and packed well. I’d definitely order again

"Helpful staff, but the answers kept shifting"
The staff were friendly and definitely tried to help, but it felt like the goalposts kept moving a bit. I’d ask a question, get one answer, then it would kind of change or sound less certain the more we talked. Some of the info was helpful, but some of it felt like they were guessing. Overall, not a terrible experience, just average and a little frustrating.

"Checkout was okay, just a little clunky"
Ordering on freshkarma.com was mostly alright, but umm, the checkout part felt a bit slower than I expected. A couple pages took a moment to load, and I ended up double-checking my delivery info because it wasn’t super clear to me at first.
The payment did go through without any real problem, and I got the confirmation email quickly. Overall, not a bad experience, but I do think the checkout could be a little simpler and faster...
